You’ve found our Warranty and Return Policy! We’re sorry you’ve had to find this info, but no matter the issue, we’re here to help and we’ll make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, no matter what.
If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund, no problem, we’ll take back any product in new/unused condition within 30 days of order, no questions asked. You just pay return shipping. All we need is:
1.) Your order #, confirmation or purchase date (we get it, sometimes these are gifts or bought in person and not all of this information is available)
2.) Reason for the return (just for our records, we’re not judging you ;)
Outside of 30 days? We'll totally still help you out, but we may have questions.
We will replace your defective or damaged product within 2 years of purchase with no questions asked if wood inlay, rubber case or craftsmanship are defective, broken or unsatisfactory. All we require is:
1.) your shipping address
2.) a photograph of your defective or dissatisfying product, documenting the issue and model/color of your product
3.) Your order #, confirmation or purchase date (we get it, sometimes these are gifts or bought in person and not all of this information is available)
We reserve the right to evaluate warranty and return claims and reject any warranty or return policy claim we deem to be outside of the terms of the guarantee or otherwise tendered in bad faith. That said, if your case craps out on you on 2 years and a day, please do contact us, your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our #1 priority and we'll do anything within reason to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature and use of the product, skateboards and wood stickers are exempt from our warranty policy. New, unused product can still be returned indefinitely.
