As always, your Rustek hat is
Made From Plants, Not Plastic
Until now, all hats were made with plastic. We didn’t think that was cool, so we decided to do something about it.
Made exclusively from the most renewable resources on earth. Cork, bamboo, hemp and organic cotton.
Two Trees Planted
To make sure your hat gives back to the planet more than it takes to make, we’re planting two trees for every one!
This is a comfortable piece of headware with a positive message. The larger dome makes for a good fit, and the hat just feels soft. A good purchase!
My new everyday hat, love it.
I've been looking for a hat with a cause, that was free of plastic for some time now. Also not made in China. This one fits the bill. (pun intended). Super comfortable right out of the box. Lightweight and breathable. Quickly moved up to my number one hat.
Great quality & fit for a smaller head size.
Ok, so hear me out: I have a small head (specifically a short crown) and it's really really really hard for me to find a hat that fits, so that is nothing against Rustek. I have the Rustek merino beanie and that fits well, so I took a chance and ordered a couple hats but it didn't work out.
What I DO want to say is this: the hats are *gorgeous* - it's clear this is a quality product. I was looking for both a casual hat but also a hat to wear hiking, and this would have fit the bill perfectly. If the standard snapback/trucker hats tend to fit you, this hat won't be a problem and I highly recommend.
Returning was super easy (but still with a twinge of disappointment) - I sent an email and was sent a pre-paid postage label to tape to the box and drop off at the post office.
