Great merino wool beanie keeps my bald head cozy warm and without sweating. A nice green looking color and texture - love it. Only wish the double rib wasn't prone to getting caught on things like velcro and zippers. I am able to reshape it after threads get snagged, but be careful.

I wore my hat all season in Chicago and recently took it on an adventure through Iceland. I’ve moved away from cotton blend hats due to their lack of drying ability and the wet sock odor that comes from a few days of wearing. I wore this beanie for 6 days in Iceland and subjected it to rain, snow, 50mph winds, under a climbing go helmet, and to the bar afterwards. Each morning it looked as nice as the day I pulled it from the box, was dry, and gave off no offense to my fellow travels. I liked that I could pull the sides up a little over my ears when inside and things got hot. Wool is more expensive but it just works better. I love it!
